We have welcomed national, multinational and indie clients to working with us for the very first time. They charge a fixed fee based on the work they carry out on each specific vacancy. Flat fee agencies take advantage of the flaw in the placement fee model that sees multiple traditional agencies all given the same vacancy to recruit for, with the knowledge that only the successful agency is going to get paid. If you are a traditional agency working under this model your placement fee, has to take into account the other vacancies you receive no payment for.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;          &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;         The flat fee agency charges a fixed fee to perform a set amount of work.
